Customer accounts

A customer account where you can check and keep track of your order(s) is automatically created and linked to your email address on checkout. Our system does not require passwords, but we will always send you a on-time login code to your registered email address. 

If preferred, you can also create an account beforehand by clicking on the account icon on the top menu and enter an email address. 

VAT numbers & exemptions

We are a Belgian company and sell only B2B online. We will not charge VAT on orders outside of Belgium but, if you are a EU company, we will need to add you VAT number onto the final invoice. 

To add your VAT number, please enter it on the Cart page together with your email address. If you are logged into your account, only the VAT number field will be shown if you did not enter it before. Once entered, the VAT number is stored in your customer profile.
