The Oerlikon Leybold Turbo.Drive TD20 is an electronic frequency converter designed to power and control specific Leybold turbomolecular pumps, including models such as the TURBOVAC 151, 151 C, 361, 361 C, 600, 600 C, 1000, 1000 C, and 1100 C. It converts single-phase mains voltage into a regulated three-phase AC voltage, ensuring precise operation of the connected pump.
